I have never claimed this was my idea - just that ICANN and WIPO *MUST* know that class and country *MUST* be included to prevent consumer confusion. Friedrich you have proposed something similar. Lawrence Siskind in Sept 97 proposed including the class. I have received email from Mr. G. Gervaise Davis III (WIPO panellist). He told me a similar proposal to mine was put forward by himself and several organizations. I have recieved comunication from various experts in this field who can see they are needed. Why are ICANN blind to this truth?
