1. I have no .web and I want no .web. 2. I am not
a lawyer, but IOD clearly says they may or may not deliver the goods on their site.
So? 3. You do not counter my assertion that accepting existent "registrations"
in .web sets a bad precedent. Testbed or not, nobody was expecting this to become
real a year ago, or two years ago. (Can't think I even heard of it three years ago.
Yes, flame me for that.) 4. In Oklahoma at the land runs people who tried to run
before the crowd were shot. 5. I would not be surprised if ICANN took the easy
road: no .web among the new gTLDs. 6. For the record: I am against *any* new gTLD.
This does not mean I have nothing to say (or should shut up) about them. For I fear
they will come, for the benefit of the poor registrars.
