As I said, elsewhere:ICANN's function on this board
is to listen; not to speak.
Seems to be a fair policy.
So long as they are
listening, this board is achieving its purpose.

You have the right to call out
the names of those operating behind the curtains. You don't, however, have a right
to claim this message board hostage as you did with your spamming.
There is a 4-post
maximum that we all agreed to when we signed up. I think that the maximum should
be more than this, especially if there is an on-going dialogue; but you exercised
an abuse of the reasonable-use policy. That whole series of posts were like shots
from a semi-automatic gun from someone who had become hysterical.
Switch to decaf.
