I mean, I addressed it to you at first--but in my stream of consciousness,
it really moved into addressing the readership at large. So the rhetorical questions
I posed, were not targeting you.

Curious. It is a matter of perspective, context
and expections. Since I never thought ICANN would be conversing with us on this board,
I didn't notice they weren't here. And I don't feel that their absence means very
much--except in the matter of how they might serve to answer fact-based questions.

If I may answer that - I should like to see a seperate Q & A board - to answer some
of the questions you pose above. Every member of ICANN could take turns each day.
