I think the number of self-nominated candidates on the final ballot should be at least equal to the number of the nominated candidates! Even so the democratic legitimation of the voting process is minimal... (Yes, I know Mrs. Dyson fears to get not competent people into the board, but 1) why should these nominate themselves and 2) don't you think we voters will kick out those self-nominees? You should rely more on the intelligence of your members! (grumbling offended...) I really don't like to be kept in leading strings, on the internet we have to get rid of this "governmental" attitude!
