4. I suggest that the email address of candidates also be held confidential. Communications with the candidates can be via the web page. --We'd better leave this to the candidates, shouldn't we? 9b. Support for candidates should be from residents of two countries WITHIN THE REGION.     --Why shouldn't I want to support a candidate from another continent?
