If it's about technical capabilities, why did ICANN criticize our CEO and COO for not having technical skills? Of course they don't. They're business management. I think it speaks highly of them that they run successful automotive dealerships. If you want to talk about technical personnel, please name for me a single technical employee of Afilias? They application says that they have none. IOD, on the other hand, has myself as CTO, and a large number of technical contractors (hence the reason that they were not listed as employees) with over four years experience actually running a registry.
