Now that it is highly questionable that IOD will be selected to run a .web registry,
why are they still taking pre-registrations for .web domains? It seems completely
immature and reckless that they would continue to process orders (and take money)
knowing full well that the chances of them being selected to run a .web registry
are slim in light of the fact that stronger applicants exist. Also, why has IOD
completely ignored both a court ruling and US trademark law (see http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/tac/notices/guide299.htm)
by posting the 'TM' symbol by '.web' on their website, even though it is completely
invalid? Mr. Ambler?
