Title: Commercial control of gTLDs

Hi there!

My comment is that the implications of the "Site Finder" option, and the related issues, are merely symptoms of have a commercial organization (and a Registrar) maintaining the gTLD.

ICANN should consider adopting the same model that the .au and other TLDs use. The registry must be  managed by a non-commercial organization separate from the Registrars, and their ONLY concern must be the management of the TLD, not on making a profit or reporting to shareholders.
