To who it may concern:
The terms of the ICANN-Verisign settlement appear onerous for the average
domain user and reseller. Verisign has demonstrated a less than
public-spirited approach to it's responsibilities and the settlement would
appear to exacerbate make it even more likely that they would get a strangle
hold on the .com domain.
I urge you to resist the current settlement.
