Anthony the examples you suggest (revolution, killer) fit the NOT covered
category of the EU guidelines.
They would not be excluded.
Indeed they have not been excluded:
Revolution is registered 009310947 and in 214 other ways
Killer is registered 009250961 and in 86 other ways
