As you know, I am in favour of a more detailed set of procedures, but
apparently there is more support for the other approach, so I think we
should go for it, perhaps with some slight adjustments. Anyway, let's
take five minutes in the next conf call to finally settle this matter.
(Also, if anyone has other issues to be discussed in the conf call,
please let the list know so that we can prepare the agenda.)
