Chuck;  I almost like this but we need to adjust for some of the broad
association members of the BC for instance MEDEF (every company in France
vitually) ICC (every chamber of commerce worldwide), WITSA.
maybe the "appointed reprsentative" to any constituency.

I would like to throw out another option for election of directors:
