Hi,

I have gone through the changes and accepted all of the trivial changes.

On the substantive changes

1.  I accepted the addition of:

> House by the Nominating Committee.

but not

> at the time of appointment

2. have left the deletion of:

> The GNSO Council may also have observers as
>   described in paragraph 9 of this Section (link TBD)

as yet unresolved because no one has commented yet.
I am not sure I understand why this needs to be deleted as we do invite
observers into the meeting from time to time.


3. left

> , [placeholder regarding manner of selection – TBD by Board.]

unresolved.

My impression is that I should remove it, and it should be voted on as a
separate amendment, but I would lke to hear a few more voices on on
how to handle this if possible.

4. accepted the clarifying change related to serving consecutive terms

5. accepted the addition of several instance of:

> , or another date as the Board may designate by resolution.


I have attached the current version, and will update the one on the  
wiki to
match it when i get a chance.
