Let's promote this documement in every ICT4D promotion arena.
I would like to promote a part of the document, especially the part
concerning the Open Data and Open Contracting at IDLELO 6 conference ((
www.idlelo.net) in Nairobi (Kenya), late on this month of march 2014. Is it
possible ?
