Thanks for your understanding under these exceptional circumstances.

It is correct to say that the access to the Executive Committee email list "
ec-ncsg@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" is limited to Executive Committee members of the Non
Commercial Stakeholders Group (NCSG) of which NPOC is one of two
Constituencies along side NCUC. NPOC and NCUC each appoint two members to
the NCSG EC. Current members are Rafik Dammak and Milton Mueller (the
founder some 12 years ago of NCUC) for NCUC and Lori Schulman (resigned)
and the undersigned. Robin Gross was elected to Chair of NCSG EC for a
second year and was unopposed. There is also an observer, Dorothy K. Gordon
- Consumer Interest Group (a proposed new Constituency)

We will discuss NPOC's appointments to NCSG EC at our NPOC November
teleconference.
That said, we have NPOC elections next year and I hope you will be a
candidate for one of the NPOC Executive Committee positions.
