that you mentioned Kenya, and if for "disclosure" for lack of a better
phrase - the ICT Consumers Association of Kenya had contemplated
applying for .young to ICANN - along our child (consumer) protection
workscope. But with time it became apparent that we would never
succeed therefore gave up.
