I simply wanted to show, that all the trademark laws for the Internet are just the wrong way to go. If trademark holders were really interested in their protection and not just in an economical advantage, they would have asked to prohibit letters for domain names and use numbers instead.

With search engines and your "favourites", your computer will find the correct address automatically, while YOU DO NOT NEED TO REMEMBER IT.

But if it is for reasons of advertising in the subway station (where people need to remember the name, otherwise it makes no sense to put an add there) then you should be fair enough to buy those name from the present owner and not just rip it off from him.

READ DR. MUELLER'S COMMENTS AGAIN AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT DOMAIN NAMES STAND FOR: CERTAINLY NOT FOR ADVERTISING TRADEMARKED PRODUCTS IN THE UNDERGROUND STATION!

I hope this time I it is clear enough.

Regards,
Friedrich
