Subject:	What qualifies a nominee

Having read the rules I think that through all the technical stuff people at ICANN have forgotten to give a clear idea on what should qualify somebody to self-nominate. Being supported? Because of what quality? Asking for support? Same question as above. To my "european" eyes a whole "philosophical" dimension is missing here. I would appreciate if the Nomination Comitee would publish there reasons for nominating somebody so that everybody an see from the start what this is about and which kind of people they are looking for.
