thanks for your answer. What I would suggest is that the NOMCOM states clearly why they have choosen a person, what are those persons qualities, what made this person a candidate for the NOMCOM. This way all the others passing by this web-site can judge themselves if they think they are suitable for self nomination. Or suggest others and recommend others they think are suitable to become members and to nominate themselves. I think this is the only way to get a hint of a chance that some of the self nominated end up on the ballot.
