Let the courts decide |

As a firm believer in the judicial system, I would have no problem letting a court
decide whether or not an application for a TLD that exists in another root constitutes
infringement. The Internet has brought up a number of legal issues that have never
before been seen and eventually the courts will have to make many decisions like
this. One thing to note, however, is that nobody is stopping Higgs Communications
(or any other alternative TLD operator) from operating its TLD in the ORSC root.
Any computer user or ISP can elect to point to whatever root they want and its always
possible (although unlikely) that in the future multiple roots will compete with
each other.
