Dear BrianC,    The Courts have already made their decision that ORSC is illegitimate, and ICANN published the results of the "Memorandum of Court Decision in Image Online Design, Inv. v. CORE Ass'n" at the url below: http://www.icann.org/tlds/correspondence/iod-v-core-22jun00.htm Obviously, you will see that Image Online Design ended up as the luser.
