Or ... better still... proceed with the gTLD process but suspend any
morality objections until the outside world figures out how to handle
disputes.
If people are so lathered up about globally offensive names then let them
work ... *outside ICANN* ... on such a treaty. Once made, then the new MLC
(Morality Lawyers Constituency) will surely pressure ICANN into enforcing
it.
