As you say, a GNSO-VI-Feb10 Working Group meeting has to be before,
and not immediately before, any June final proposals are presented to
the June Council meeting.

Under "other options", the subject is on the ISOC-NY agenda for the
8th, along with presentations by two of the responding parties to the
City of New York's call for tenders to apply for and operate .nyc, and
there are quite a few days between now and the third week of June for
meeting(s), in Asia, Europe, North America, etc.
