But that’s exactly what will happen, Evan. If we direct them to make 
recommendations they will think of themselves – and the board may think of them 
– as the decision makers. We don’t need to do that. It adds no value to the 
process and undermines the board’s accountability for the final decision.


In any case, I'm fine with directing the experts to make recommendations (so 
long as they're not demanded to force a binary consensus if the different 
experts come to different conclusions).
