with significant funds. E.g. I am a well funded applicant who applies for the
string .ABCDE in ten different
languages and I get an advantage over ten other applicants who each applied for
just one of these versions.
bingo! vgrs applies for "com" in a gazillion languages and scripts, at
something less than $185k x a gazillion, a per-unit cost of $185k x
0.5 (or something less than 1.0). impoverished orphans of elbonia
(upper) apply for "ouch" in elbonian (upper) at $185k x 1.0.

That was how I read the language.
