Current TLD Dispute procedure must be sorted out first |

As all members of the ICANN Board of Directors now know and all have been informed
personally on at least two occasions, the current TLD Dispute procedure is being
breached by WIPO and nothing has been done about it. Neither has any member
of the Board of Directors done anything about it. Should the board now consider
sorting out the rules which govern the Dispute procedure for the Current TLDs before
accepting more. As A small company who have wasted an inordinate amount of Time,
resources and money going up to $30,000 to defend their domain name which was being
hijacked by a larger company, I would not like to have to do the same for other TLDs.
I urge the ICANN Board of Directors to take seriously the job that the Department
of Commerce has bestowed on them and sort out the current TLDs before introducing
any others. By going down this path, then further TLDs that are added down
the road will have a water-tight set of rules laid down at the beginning.
