to other gTLDs? Surely nobody is suggesting that Barnes & Noble's use of book.com
is illegitimate! Whether the legal registrant of a domain name is a company or
an individual should not be relevant. If there are no *valid* trademark issues then
first-come-first-served should be the sole decider.
