Having thoroughly reviewed the Business Plan and Appendices therein, it is adequately apparent that I.E.I has successfully proposed a coherent and complete approach to resolving the amassed and overwhelming complexity of the similarly proposed answer(s) to the Domain Naming situation at hand.  Through their infinite structure of "sub-domain" entities, it appears that I.E.I has the most engaging, encompassing and insightful approach to deliver a sensible and entirely unique new structure to alleviate and foreseeibly eliminate the congested ".com; .org; .gov; .edu" and other current Domain Nomenclature.
