I see that all applications for .shop have been dismissed also. This was a popular TLD (many people expected Name.Space application to be considered in more detail).       Suggestion: give .shop to Afilias: So Afilias will run both .info and .shop and can be satisfied :-) (since .web is to be given to IOD)
