gave them rights to be an actual registrar ? There is no point of any registrar to
keep taking pre-registrations if they are already a bona-fide registrar. Got me ?
And oh, yeah, if they are actually a bona-fide registrar, tell me WHY
isn't IOD on the ICANN accredited registrar list ?
BTW, you
should be aware that only ICANN Accredited registrars are allowed to register domain
names under .com, .net, .org, and any future gTLD.
So, what
can we see ? IOD is conning the consumer to part with his money...
