This point was only an example of the way we left
the chaos develop. I only picked a different practice from the US one actually used
by some national authorities. Your point is well done and I agree, but the regulation
I quote supports it rather than fighting it. If you sell a shop/company, it remains
the owner of the domain name : there is not DN transfer. If you own it personnaly,
your company being your afiliate you sell the DN to the company first. The rule is
not against the owner but against hijacking DN to make money form the owner. The
rule is not perfect, though. It was just an example of diffferent ways of managing
the problem we face.
