I have invested in my business
with what little money I might have had and a great deal of sweat equity. I
do not fear new TLD's and would not jump to register 7 duplicate names in order to
prevent another individual from obtaining a name. That is hoarding, just like
P&G has done. It's too foolish to contemplate, just as opening the TLD's to
TM holders for a sunrise or daybreak period. The whole idea behind new TLD's
is to allow these little guys a chance to do the same things we did. Get a
decent name and develop it or sell it, or whatever... as long as it is not an exact
TM with the intention of extorting the TM holder, period. Allowing any preferences
at all will destroy the concept of opening up the name space. It's been said
over and over and over.
