Ted- for the first you let me down brother! Read a post
by some rather wise soul on the dotpro forum- price discrimination is a tactic
for commercial businesses to extract maximum consumer surplus out of their pricing
schemes. dotPRO Consortium's application explicitly states they are not
seeking to gouge more dollars out of their
customers, depending on customers' ability to pay I
agree with this noble soul. the idea is to make the .nom TLD affordable-remember
its for the common man....... in Egypt, Iran, india and where ever else........ $3.50
for a registry is bag full of rupees- and if you earn 100 rupees a day- then you
will fast learn to dislike auctions. At $6 you would consider taking a handful of
domain names in leu of dowry!
