As Network Solutions is having such a central role in AFILIAS, I want to remind ICANN of their very poor customer service. Everyone who has had to do with NSI knows that one has to send message after message and wait weeks or  months to get a simple question answered! How are they going handle all these new customers when they have great difficulties with the existing ones?
