Secondly, let
me correct you that it is actually Tucows.com which runs the .Web registry for Afilias
and not NSI. Also, take note that no member can own more than 11% of Afilias. Since
Tucows runs .Web for Afilias, you can be rest assured their customer support is excellent
because I find for both Domaindirect and OpenSRS, Tucows provides excellent support.
Thirdly,
you need not register .Web SLDs from NSI. You can use the many other ICANN Accredited
Registrars, such as register.com, tucows, enom, etc.
