I urge ICANN to ignore any and all baseless legal threats, especially those coming from IOD supporters, who are obviously most concerned with their own vested interests. These baseless legal threats are obviously designed to intimidate ICANN into selecting a less-qualified applicant. The selection of registry operators should be based on the merits of the applications, and not by legal intimidation.
