Neustar offered to indemnify ICANN, prior to ICANN asking for idemnification from any applicant.  As a matter of fact, I believe it may have been part of Neustar's application! And Mike Roberts, (ICANN CEO) has stated that he and ICANN are not intimidated by threats of lawsuits, due to the regularity of such threats.  Would you like to see his quote?  I can pull it out my email files if you are further interested. So, if what I state herein is true, who is being intimidated by "threats of lawsuits"?
