IOD has plenty of rights to be awarded .web .       IOD has been waiting for 4 years, patiently.       It would be absurd and unfair if .web is awarded to someone who filed a last-minute application: IOD would feel this as a theft.       I can't see how IOD can't accept such a decision. So, what intimidation is there? They will sue ICANN, that's all: this is the truth, it is not a threat. To award .web to Afilias would be the worst choice: actually legal troubles will block for years the new TLD (.web). Regards Fabrizio Coppola Italy
