Possibly Mr. Ken Stubbs doesn't even realize himself that
there may well be a "hidden" influence on his opinion evolving from his other activities.
Combined with his extensive knowledge concerning ICANN and its board of directors
this may be causing inappropriate influence on decision making processes within ICANNs. We
