Indeed there are a number of arbitrary rules here: * The definitions of what is a 'country' in relationship to domain name (eg .uk, .eu, or even .us v .com) * Geographical areas (GA) (Asia will have most of the world's population) * How is GA of potential nominee determined (eg I'm citizen in two and live in a third) * Why not allow for votes for nominee from members in any GA also: * The time-frames are very short (opinion of MP)
