      I echo Mr. Hooker's comments.  Although we all certainly recognize the conceptual benefits of a .law TLD, this particular application appears to have received limited scrutiny, and there has been a limited level of disclosure regarding control and ownership.  These are the two issues raised by Mr. Hooker, and, while others have commented on the general utility of the TLD, few have addressed these ownership and control issues - in all likelihood because they were unaware of them.  I, like Mr. Hooker, am not suggesting rejection of the .law TLD.  Rather, I strongly recommend the issue receive further consideration and input from the legal community, with specific attention and full disclosure on the issues Mr. Hooker raised.
