-would be very valuable with respect to the aspect of "one stop shopping", however---
-the law and the legal community rapidly change--the task to keep this up-dated properly would be monumental, especially when it comes to the law itself.  I think most attorneys would place more value on the law itself than a stranger's (possibly out-dated) opinion or interpretation. (which also brings up the subject of liability)  Has proper consideration been given to this task?
-choosing an attorney over the internet is about as reliable as finding one in the Yellow Pages-YIKES!!!
-The question of community participation is a big issue--will the "big guns" like Lexis (the state-of-the-art legal resource) come on board?  If massive duplication occurs, the effort will be futile.
-costs to participants in relation to benefit derived?
-don't forget an employment link for firms, because lord knows employment agencies are nearing worthless!
