If you care for your reputation in that people can count on you to be thorogh in your discovery than I suggest you spend some time researching news and the legal docs in this case. As I understand it IOD dropped the lawsuit when the US Goverment stepped in and created ICANN which I think they felt would be more honorable, this is yet to be seen
