Marc Brittan does not own trademarks on those names. A quick search of the USPTO trademark database for several of his domains shows that those names have not been trademarked or have trademarks pending. According to current law, you cannot just claim a trademark on a domain that you own. The mere registration of a domain does not constitute a real trademark use claim. You must meet a set of criteria to claim a trademark on a domain. For more information, visit http://www.greenandgreen.com/lib/wwwvstm.html. His claims of trademark ownership (like many of the legal claims made in this forum) have no legal basis.
