      The point is that .BIZ is already a registry and has been for years.  It is not an ICANN TLD and has not applied to ICANN.  It resolves to the ORSC rootzone.  If ICANN chooses not to recognize existing TLDs and instead assigns them to these applicants, it is asking to fragment the net or put others out of business or disenfranchise those with registered domains.  .BIZ already exists, as does .sex, .xxx, .home, .event, .web, etc.

Wake up ICANN.  Do what the rest of the world does and recognize prior use.  It's called cooperation as opposed to imperialism.
