Mr. Kang, it is really telling when you attempt to put meaning to what I've said by picking out a particular word.

Let me clarify for you, since you don't seem to understand: IANA specifically requested that IOD go live, collect fees, and prove the concept. This was done with the assurance that IOD was the first and only applicant for .web at the time, that prior use would be a major factor in deciding who gets new TLDs, and that the process might take a while.

I'm sorry if you have a hard time understanding. I'm even more sorry to note that you appear to be doing this to deliberately obfuscate issues. Do you need me to define "obfuscate" for you as well?

You also assert, "Afilias rules." Funny, that's the kind of statement I often hear at high school football games, expressed by participants.
