As a matter of fact, in my 15 years in business management I have been involved in the creation of several corporations (both for-profit and non-profit) and was involved in the formation of an LLC in January of this year. Based on my real-world knowledge and experience, I can say with 100% certainty that CORE being a member of Afilias does not violate any law or regulation. Since you're still skeptical, I would suggest that you contact a business consultant or attorney that specializes in corporate law. They'll tell you the same thing.

Maybe you didn't read my response. I responded to ALL 3 of your arguments, and only AFTER responding to your arguments did I go on to note your problems with spelling and grammar.
