These folks have some questionable ties: Denise DeBartolo York: - The "Youngstown, Ohio" DeBartolo family - VP of the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team when they went bankrupt DeBartolo Family: - Reported mob ties - see http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium/moldea.html - Owners of Balmoral Race Track in Chicago, and several others - Former owners of the San Francisco 49ers (Edward DeBartolo and his sister, Denise DeBartolo York) - were forced to give up ownership because of shady/illegal deals - see http://www.examiner.com/990801/0801debartolo.html - Convicted of FELONY - see http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/chronicle/archive/1998/10/07/MN4647.DTL - DeBartolo Property acquired by Simon Property Group - see http://rampages.onramp.net/~wgbehr/news-sim.html These are but a few references.  ICANN, please make sure you understand the organizations applying.
