Subject: I can see the equality angle in dot i.


I like the way the dot I proposal addresses a standardized name format, and therefore, ensures equal access. Moreover, the provision for free domains is commendable. Upon review of other applications, I found that .one from Group One Registry is proposing numeric domain names for a fee, but dot I proposes to give them for free?

I think one of the key considerations in selecting TLDs should be the
amount of thought given to bringing equality and the use of the Internet to proliferate as such. The dot I proposal seems to address this head on.
